The District of Southern Counties will be holding its Annual Meeting at the Brook House Masonic Hall, Brook Lane, BOTLEY on Saturday 1st February 2020 at 11:00.  The new District Grand Master, W Bro Michael J L Wheland PGJD, will be installed at 11:00, lunch will follow at 13:00, whilst the district meeting will start at 14:15 and should be completed by 15:15 at the latest.

The menu is: Broccoli and Stilton Soup, Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding, Roast Potatoes, Garden Peas and Carrots.  Sherry Trifle and Cream, Cheese & Biscuits with Tea/Coffee to follow.  The total cost for the meal is £25.00, including wine.  Closing date for applications is 18th January 2020.
