The AGM of Cheshire and North Wales took place on Saturday 9th March 2024. During the order of proceedings, a collection was taken which realised the amazing sum of £400.
The District Grand Prefect designated that this sum be donated to Dorin Park School and Specialist SEN College located in Chester. It serves pupils aged 2-19 with physical difficulties, complex moderate learning difficulties and complex medical needs. The school also has specialist teaching and support available for visually impaired pupils. Dorin Park promotes excellent personal development and achievement alongside progression in independent living skills and communication to allow all pupils to fulfil their potential.
