The District of Thames Valley will be holding its Annual Meeting at the Aylesbury Masonic Hall, Ripon Street, AYLESBURY HP20 2JP on Saturday 21st October 2017 at 1100hrs.
The meeting will commence at 1100hrs with lunch at 1330hrs. Brethren to be seated by 1045hrs.
The menu is: Smoked Salmon & Potato Salad, Lamb Shank with Roast and Creamed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables ending with a Fruit & Cheese. Tea/Coffee will be available free of charge from 0930hrs; a limited supply of bacon rolls will also be on sale at £3.00 each. The total cost for the meal is £24.00 and the closing date for applications is Friday 22nd September 2017.
